Honey Butter Salmon

Ingredients

  • Two 1lb each Salmon
  • Lemon slices
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 6 tablespoons Eko Ile All Purpose Seasoning (coming soon)
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped parsley

Instructions

Honey-Butter Salmon

  1. Stir the melted butter, honey and lemon juice in a bowl, set aside
  2. While preheating oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit, place a piece of foil on a baking tray to cover it completely
  3. Place salmon on the foil with the skin side down
  4. Nestle the lemon slices underneath the salmon, spaced evenly around the fillet
  5. Pour about two-thirds of the mix over the salmon, set the rest aside for use later
  6. Season evenly with All Purpose Seasoning and some salt to taste
  7. Seal up the foil, and allow to marinade for about 10 minutes
  8. Then transfer to the over and allow to bake for 15 minutes
  9. Remove salmon from oven and open foil and set oven to broil (low)
  10. Pour the rest of the butter, honey and lemon, return salmon to the oven and broil for about 5-10 minutes until golden
